The mixture of natural carotenes and oil are yellow to yellowish-orange. It is absolute a natural pigment abstracted from the dry fleshy tap root of raw Daucus carota by modern biotechnology. Widely used in noodles, butterine, shortening, beverage, cold drink, cakes, biscuits, bread, candy, health-care food,etc as orange coloring and nutrition hardening agent.
