Zeaxanthin, crtotixabthin are the main parts of the corn color. We can see yellow powder , pasty, liquid or (oil-soluble)yellow oily liquid with our naked eyes. It is absolute a natural pigment abstracted from the horny endosperm of yellow seeds of graminaceous plant Zea mays by modern biotechnology. Widely used in butterine, minced fillet products, noodles, cold drinks, hydrogenated vegetable oil, candy and baked products, etc as yellow coloring.
